Two 19th Century barn conversions on our family farm that have been sympathetically converted to preserve their character and to impact as little as possible on the environment

Many of the original structural features have been left visible including A-frames, roof timbers, oak beams and stonework, providing quality accommodation that is comfortable, modern,and stylish.

The warm and cosy underfloor heating is powered by a ground source heat pump and solar panels.  Quality craftmanship providing quality accommodation.


Both properties have ensuites and enclosed garden with stunning views over the Tittesworth Water Valley, the infamous 'Roaches' outcrop of rocks and the Peak District National Park.  See more..... 


Both adjacent properties can be booked together for larger families and friends wanting to get together and will sleep up to a total of 16 (+2 with sofa bed).
