Our knitting wool yarn from our own flock

The sheep are skillfully sheared here on the farm, each fleece is labelled at shearing from traceability.

Our wool fleeces are then sent to a wool mill just the other side of the Peak District to us - where the heritage skills of producing this fibre are kept alive and our wool is processed.

We currently have Double Knitting available in 100 kg hanks and 50 kg balls in the natural soft cream of the girls fleeces.

We are starting to slowly introduce colours which we hand dye in small batches here at the farm.
